1. Your monthly allowance
Shows how many requests your plan includes and how many are left. Allowances reset on the 1st.
2. Book your 1:1
Elite members pick one 60-minute Google Meet slot a month, Monday–Saturday, 7 am–8 pm Central. Cancel 24+ hours ahead to rebook.
3. Send a request
Pick the request type, read what it covers, then add a title and details. A person reviews every request.
